How INDCS is structured
INDCS is governed by its General Assembly, Executive Board and Fiscal Council, as set out in its Bylaws.

Executive Board
Manages the Institute and carries out the guidelines set by the General Assembly. Term from July 2026 to December 2029.

Fiscal Council
Oversees the Institute's accounting and financial management and reviews the accounts of each fiscal year. Term from July 2026 to December 2029.
